By accessing or using the Cortège Mobility website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Cortège provides private chauffeur and mobility services through a curated network of partners. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Bookings can be made via our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of confirmation and may vary by city, vehicle class and notice period.
4. Pricing
Quotes are provided in writing. Prices may include or exclude tolls, parking, waiting time and applicable taxes — this is detailed in your booking confirmation.
5. Conduct
Clients are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Cortège reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortège's liability is limited to the value of the booking concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai.
